Museum Memoria y Tolerancia in Mexico city, holds permanent exhibitions of the Holocaust and other genocides. With more than 400,000 visitors a year, it has been awarded as one of the 10 most important museums of the City.
The Studio designed +2500 m2 of permanent exhibitions for the Holocaust and other genocides. The ambitious project was developed with Hector Esrawe interior design team and curators and comprised intricate problem solving for a space that would receive massive numbers of visitors for years to come.
Our focus was on design thinking for visitor experience, acting as neutral narrators through fonts and long scales collages and images. During 3 years, the studio designed solutions and experimented with printing processes that would assure the best quality for an extended life.
